We´ll gladly recommend you with our partners, which can help you move and pack your things at a discount for our clients.
How many RentaBoxes do I need?
We have an Estimator in which according to your needs you can get a better idea of how many you will need.

For the time being we can only fulfil services within Metropolitan Area of Mexico City
Do our prices include delivery and pickup?
Yes, you only need to place an order of MXN $1,000 or more. If the order total is lower, an additional transportation fee will apply.
If the delivery address is more than 15 km from our warehouses shown on Google Maps, an additional transportation charge may also apply. Remember, we are currently in Mexico City and Guadalajara, but we will soon be available in more cities.
Please note that delivery is curbside or to the designated entrance of your building, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. However, our delivery driver may help you move the boxes where you need them if you ask politely. Please remember that we do not carry boxes up or down stairs.
What if I need more RentaBoxes?
Contact us, and we´ll deliver them as soon as possible. If the MXN $1,000 minimum is not met, a transportation-related charge may apply.
I loved the RENTABOXES, can I buy them?
Of course, ask for the special prices for our customers.
Can I keep the RentaBoxes for more time?
Yes, you can add extra time through the email we sent with your order, at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date. Look for the text: “You can edit your order up to 24 hours before delivery using the following link.”

How do I pay?
hen you place an order directly on our website www.rentabox.mx and complete your order, you can choose to pay with PayPal or directly by credit or debit card. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay.
For corporate orders, we accept a bank transfer or deposit to the Rentabox de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. account before delivery.
For the safety of our customers and staff, we do not accept cash.
How are RENTABOXES kept shut?
Our numbered security ties can be attached at both ends to secure the boxes and provide an exact numerical record showing that they have not been opened. This way, you will be the only person who knows what is inside.
Can we send you a personalized invoice (factura)?
Of course, after the payment is through you send us the invoicing details it will arrive within 24 hours aprox.

What are we doing against the spread of disease?
We wash all our products with soap and water to ensure the products are clean and disinfected.
